Frequently Asked Questions
How is the price of the solution determined?
Depending on how advanced functionalities you use in the company, you choose the system edition (Basic, Advanced, Ultimate). Atollon Basic contains everything a quality CRM system should have. Within the Atollon Advanced edition, you can choose one extension that you will receive in the price. Atollon Ultimate provides a great set of extensions for marketing automation, invoicing, workflow, and Business Intelligence for number management. After selecting the edition, you select 1 account (Core, Standard, Professional) for each user, which determines what functionalities the user will have available.
What is included in the price?
The price is set so that you can sleep better and not have to worry about securing your valuable data, on which your customers' satisfaction and business development are based. For the above price, you receive from us technical support, security updates, regular backups, all server infrastructure and especially further system development.
What is not included in the price?
If you put a really heavy load on the system, it is possible that we will start charging additional infrastructure costs. In the price of each user account you get 100 MB of space in the database, which if you exceed, we will charge the amount of EUR 12/100 MB of the database. To give you an idea, it is a space that corresponds to about 20,000 contacts without history or 5,000 contacts with history. This price decreases with a larger volume, for EUR 120 there is already a 2GB database and over 5 GB EUR 240 is paid per month.
What if we need a consultation?
The price for 1 day of a consultant with us costs EUR 800. If you need the time of a consultant for a shorter period of time, the hourly rate is EUR 100. Support, which can be managed by sending a link to our documentation on the website (https://help.atollon.com) is provided free of charge.
How are prices charged for external users?
If you connect Atollon with your own - typically single-purpose - applications that are used to enter your partners or clients into the system, you get their price for free. We do not charge for the access of external users to the system.
How is the API link charged?
To access the machine / synchronization tool / external application to Atollon, you need one account corresponding to its edition of the range of functions that the machine uses. It is counted as a normal user in the system.
How much is charged for stored documents?
We do not expect you to share large documents through Atollon, so you are using the system for the purposes for which it was intended. Therefore, the price for uploaded documents (in the order of tens of GB of data) is not charged.
