Options, benefits and progressive necessity of HR marketing, corporate HR brand building and communication on social networks.

These are some of the ideas that are becoming as a hot topic in terms of company recruitment. Timely way to reach candidates and a positive image of the company as an ideal employer - areas where the struggle for talents is set. Although this progressive way of the approach to recruiting is not yet common in the Czech republic, there can be a shift monitored in building the HR brand especially in multinational companies. T-Mobile is an example for all, which invests considerable resources into their HR brand position. Matthew Jeffery is concerned much deeper over this area in his article Recruitment 3.0, to which I would like to take this opportunity to refer.
