Timesheets Are Completed by the System

Atollon’s innovative timesheet solution allows users to track and record activities automatically. This new workflow tracking process ensures that all contract activities logged in the system can be automatically entered into the timesheet.

How it Works:

1. Identify all user activities in relation to contracts and projects.

Examples:

• A project status change

(e.g., Project preparation requirements changed.)

• Task completion

(e.g., Document all completed tasks.)

• Sending e-mail

(e.g., When you send an e-mail in relation to any project, it should be counted on your timesheet.)

2. Now, just add a new Workflow activity to the process by “creating a timesheet,” define the type of work and estimated time, and you’re done!

Each user activity within the system will be recorded in the timesheet. The only user responsibility includes verifying the accuracy of the estimated time and confirming the reports.
