Islander, who just landed to Atollon may want to look around and see what features are available and how the whole environment looks like.

Each Atollon has a core component in the centre, which is called Lagoon. Lagoon must provide the Islander with very basic funcionality to enable Islander essential living.

Environment

Islander may first look at how the whole enviromnent looks like, how applications are run & used. For Islanders that are used to Mac OS X, the interface may look different, compared to those using MS Windows or Linux to access Atollon.

Tool for planning events, event with other people, incl. features for booking scarce resources.

Tasks
Tools to help you and your colleagues fulfill your obligations, goals & wishes on time.

Communication
Tool to get in contact with any other people using SMS, E-mails, internal messaging and more.

Documents
Tool to store & search for your valuable knowledge or information. 

Contacts 
Tool for storing contact information to other people, incl. relations tree among them.

Projects & Folders
Tool for tracking projects, cases, sales opportunities or just simply folders to store data and track progress.

Time Sheet
Recording time spent on various work-related or other activities.

Web Leads
Tool for gathering requests from outer world, your potential or current clients & partners.

Reporting
Tool for querying almost any information stored in Atollon Finder.

Other Applications

After some time, Islander exploring Atollon may find it boring or very elementary. This may take one or two months, after which he/she may discover large set of more advanced applications, such as Atollon Shark for Sales & Marketing support, Atollon Workshop for Workflow & Advanced Project Management, Atollon Octopus for Billing Automation & Financials or Atollon Fisherman for Recruitment & Staffing.
