A New Solution to Improve the Quality of Provided Services

Dear clients, partners, sympathizers, islanders, and all Atollon supporters. Late last year, we decided to provide an even greater level of support for companies that realize business success is closely linked to maintaining great relationships with their clients. And because our clients are mainly companies providing professional services (in particular accountants, lawyers, consultants, marketing advisors, recruiters, as well as firms in the software development field, interactive agencies, professional project managers, etc.), we heavily focused on supporting these fields.

At the end of 2011, we promised our clients a brand new tool that would increase the level of provided services. After about four months of development by our five-member programming team, we are now testing the final elements of a new software application aimed at helping you get closer to your clients and at the same time maintain successful contracts, as well as better client relationships.

Functions that your clients will receive for free:

  • Sending requests to your company
  • Subsequent tracking of requests
  • Possibility to track requests to other entities

You can easily put the request tracking function on your own Website. Likewise, you can enter the requests into the system on behalf of the client. Each request in the system gets a unique number, allowing you to double-check the status of request resolution. Atollon helps you obtain cooperation from your clients. And with the upgrade, you can pass back the request to the client for additional information. Atollon also indicates where the request is at any given moment. This helps prevent any misunderstanding in dealing with questions, problems, requests, complaints, etc.

Functions that are part of Atollon

  • All requests from the interface can be directly assigned to Atollon contracts/projects/activities and then converted to immediately assign task resolution. By linking with Atollon, you can track all of communication requirements (e-mails, internal notifications, phone calls, documents, etc.).
  • Thanks to a precise record of all of your clients’ requirements in a single system, you get a perfect view of the level of services that you provide to your clients.
  • The system also allows storing a larger number of tasks and reporting of the work. Reported work may then be charged to the client by the Atollon finance.

Request tracking

For companies that want to shift the level of service one step further, we have prepared a new application called Atollon Desk, which allows setting different levels of support provided to individual clients. Atollon Desk automatically escalates the problem according to the severity and type of problem. Atollon Desk helps you to perform the contractually agreed level of customer support.
