A lot of entrepreneurs (or „islanders“) have already convinced that well established system is necessary for higher level of company´s organization and its management.

But how to begin?

Operating system of the firm starts with analysis and description of processes. Process documentation itself is not sufficient if the processes are not implemented into practice. Advanced firms have information system that is well-adjusted and properly used.

How to make it?

During implementing the system into practice some entrepreneurs have lack of experiences or "lack of time" for solving strategic tasks. It is therefore appropriate to begin step by step and identify partial steps in the implementation, do not try to manage everything at once. After the company gets over the first level of implementation in the form of the use of standard system components and its “best practices“, it may undertake advanced settings in automating routine tasks by workflow tool.

System Workflow

In cooperation with our clients we have developed a new tool that can automate routine assignments and the whole process fully or partially. Workflow allows you to set operations that will be executed either automatically or with user interaction triggered by events in the system.

For example do you want to thank your client personally always after completing the order? Set new task to the responsible person based on the order status change to make a call to the client. Do you want to get feedback from your customer always after sending the offer? Choose the action that within 3 days the client automatically gets an e-mail requests for feedback.

Mass Actions

For selected modules, which are often used when working with large quantities of records, we have added to Atollon the functionality to mass change their attributes. With this function it is possible to collectively change the responsible person (solver) of more tasks at the same time or postpone the date of their execution, set chargeability status of Time Sheet items or change any part of the basis for billing a client (e.g. prices, accounting status, billing date for the item, amount, quantity, etc.)

Other News

Due to the approaching Atollon entry into version 1.0 we added the ability to edit the user database without having to open the administration interface. You can edit the list and the level of access for all your islanders.

If you do not like the default application background, you can now add the company logo and set the background color. Very important for some islanders, the system must appeal to everyone :-)
