This kind of future is becoming reality. At Atollon, over the past few years, we've been working hard to prepare our powerful platform for this new reality.

It’s been 2.5 years since we made the decision to fully jump on the fast-moving AI train and began integrating next-generation tools.
We began our first experiments with AI integration by introducing a smart suggestion tool and embedding ChatGPT into emails, roughly a year ahead of Apple! We knew this was just scratching the surface of AI’s potential, and that real progress would require a much bigger push. So, we started developing advanced tools even before it became clear how everything would fit together. And it paid off. We're excited to announce that we're now ready to the next level. It took blood, sweat, and tears—but we’re here.
What’s the problem, and what should you pay attention to?
In our case, the main challenge was ensuring the safe use of AI. Our clients place a high value on the confidentiality of their information, and sending any data outside the company’s internal network would be unacceptable. That’s why using public GPT services was out of the question. Similarly, if you want to achieve fully autonomous operations (in other words, hire an AI robot to do the hard work even when you're not around) security becomes a major concern. We’ve invested time and resources into upgrading our infrastructure to make the implementation of these new tools possible.
What does this mean for our clients?
The short-term impact was somewhat negative: over the past year, we weren’t able to focus as much on specific user requests, and we had to temporarily pause regular development. However, that phase is now behind us. The new generation of Atollon is ready to take on even the most demanding tasks, including the full automation of business operations.
What do we mean by automatization?
Long story short, AI assistants can manage the entire company. It sounds like science fiction and it is. But it’s science fiction that’s quickly becoming reality. We’re just at the beginning, but we're already testing a range of advanced features on ourselves: turning our small 20-person team into a company that can compete with the world’s biggest players.
How do you get there? Introducing the Atollon AI Robot Unit.
We’ve put together a team of experienced professionals, who are focused on implementing AI assistants. Those assistants are tailored to specific roles within your company. That means salespeople, service technicians, consultants, marketers, recruiters, even the CEO can now have their own dedicated AI assistant.
