As a visitor to our web site, recipient of our email messages, or user of our products and services, you deserve the ability to control the uses of your personal information.

Atollon provides its service to you subject to the Atollon Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and this Privacy Policy, which shall be deemed part of the Terms. 2. DEMO

Since we understand that you may wish not to disclose your personal information for trying out our services, we provide you the option of demo for all Atollon services. The contents created by you using the demo will be accessible to all persons using the demo, because of one database used for the demo. From that reason we request you not to save your personal and sensitive information, files, documents while using the demo of all Atollon services.

3. COLLECTED INFORMATION

3.1. Personal information

When you visit Atollon website and want to register to use a Atollon online applications (the "Services"), we require you to give us contact information. Also some information, such as the site that referred you to us, your IP and email address, and navigational and purchase information, may be collected automatically as part of the Atollon site's operation.
Depending on the Services chosen, we ask for contact and account information, such as company name, name, address, phone number, e-mail address, password and the number of users in the organisation who will be using the Services,ÿ or in addition for you credit card number or other personally identifying information (billing information) to fulfill licensing transactions or to receive the Services (in case our e-shop at-work in progress- is used).
Atollon admit that in any case will not distribute or share your e-mail addresses and all personal information, except as noted in the Terms, or as may be required by the law of the Czech Republic.
The only exception can be made when we share information with our subsidiaries, sales agents, third party contact providers, affiliates and other partners. For example, when you fill out an online support request form on a Atollon website that information may be automatically shared with our official partners. This sharing also allows the partners to provide consolidated billing services to the shared customer and allows for the enhanced functionality of the Services. Shared contact, account, financial and billing information, and business data is governed by the Terms.

We store and maintain your files, documents, emails, project details, calendar details and other data saved in your account at our facilities in the Czech Republic or any other country. Using Atollon Services you admit that your data can be transfered and maintained outside of your country. Specific requirements are always explicitly presented in the SLA (Service Level Agreement), which will make the integral part of the Services.
Atollon customers will use Atollon Services to host data and information on our servers. Atollon will not review, share, distribute, print, sell or reference any such data except as provided in the Atollon Terms, or as may be required by the law. We will view or access individual records only with your permission based on the SLA (for example, to resolve a problem or support issue). Of course, users of the Services are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and passwords. We assure you that the contents of your account will not be disclosed to anyone and will be accessible only to responsible employees (e.g. Service desk) of Atollon or its official partners.

3.2. Cookies

5. CORRECTING, UPDATING AND REMOVING PERSONAL INFORMATION

To update or change registration information, to update billing information, or to discontinue the Services, log on to the Atollon Services at a Atollon website.
