Atollon’s software is delivered via the Software as a Service (SaaS) model. It means there is no need to install our software on your server. To have access to Atollon’s software, you just need Internet connection and a Web browser. While utilization of our online model is our recommended software delivery method, it’s still possible to buy our software in an on-premise model. Please contact us so we can discuss this option with you.

It’s possible to use Atollon using many Web browsers; however, we recommend Mozilla Firefox as the most preferred option.

We charge our clients a monthly fee for our service based on the price list. The indicated prices require a 12-month-period commitment. Do not hesitate to contact us in case you prefer no commitment.

Yes, our software requires customized implementation. The reason for this is that we want to enable you to use Atollon’s software based on your company’s specific needs, as well as your internal workflow.

We prepared three implementation options depending on the complexity of your processes and business requirements.

The first option includes express implementation. Atollon’s consultant will set up your own Atollon basic features, including set-up of Atollon’s license, your company’s logo, mail, and print templates. Usually, express implementation is finished within one business day. The fee is fixed.

The second implementation option includes participation of your company in our business growth engine program. Our consultants will spend one business day per week discussing and analyzing, step by step, your internal processes and business model. Based on received information, we’ll prepare a detailed implementation plan of Atollon’s solution. The goal of the program is to provide your company with smooth and automated processes that effectively support your business goals. The program usually lasts eight weeks.

The third implementation option is a business autopilot program dedicated for companies of Atollon’s Professional edition. Business autopilot is a mentoring program intended for business executives who want to bring their companies to new level of productivity and innovation. The program includes two intensive mentoring sessions spent each month with our consultant. The program doesn’t have any strict time limitation — we’ll spend as much time with you as the situation requires.

Yes, we can migrate your contacts to Atollon. Pricing for migration depends on your data structure. For importing contacts, we’ll provide you with a simple tool that will allow you to import data yourself.

Before you start to use Atollon’s software, we require your signature on our Service Agreement, which is available at http://www.atollon.com/sign-up.

We believe we deliver valuable software for a great price. That’s why we usually don’t offer any discounts. We do, however, make an exception for non-profit organizations.

We charge one price for many features based on user account; therefore, you don’t need to worry that you’ll be paying for functionalities your company does not need.
