Applicants Extranet

The administration connected with applicants database maintenance is limited to the minimum due to Applicants Extranet. The applicant enters contact details and fills-in his/her profile based on dynamically created questionaire.

• Search of vacancy based on skills and other criteria, such as location, type of vacancy, etc.
• Search vacancy using keywords
• Add vacancy to the personal basket of work opportunities
• Overview of requests for the vacancy
• Loading and deleting data in the profile
• Personal data storage (name, address, phone number, employment history, skills, languages and education)
• Attaching documents
• Receiving electronic notifications about job opportunities, invitations to interview, information about company events, etc.
• Watching the status of vacancies
• Management of the personal account (change of password, contacts, etc.)
• Add information about the source of information that lead to the enquiry (for evaluating the efficiency of advertisement)
