Projects effectivity evaluation

The evaluation can be realized using pre-defined system outputs, for instance plan of time vs. real time spent, financial budget vs. financial billing of the project, etc. The system can also define own outputs with the view on the project data.

Custom reports designer

Atollon Workshop contains report designer, that provides the user with tool to create his/her own view on various data stored in the system. All data that have some connection to the project, mainly timesheet, tasks, events, billing details, etc. The result of the report is a spreadsheet that can be either printed or opened in MS Excel.

Graphical output

On request, it is possible to create any graphical output of the report, for instance historical development of costs vs. revenues of the project, etc.

Storing the report results

Before running the pre-defined reports, it is possible to adjust filter criteria on any of the fields. It is possible to save the report result in the form of spreadsheet for backward analysis or historical comparison.
