Billing details

All billing details of the project are concentrated on the project items sheet. Billing details can be gathered either manually or automatically. The automated process is ensured for the following sources:

• project budget
• repeated items - fixed paymens
  
• timesheet
• expenses
  

Project billing approvals

Billing details can be sent for approval (before they are actually invoiced). These items can be approved either by external (customer) or internal user (project manager, superior, etc.).

Project invoicing

It is possible to create new invoice directly from billing details after approval (or without). The invoice can be sent immediately to the client using e-mail. In the case of Atollon Extranet implementation, it is possible to show the overview of invoices to the client immediately using the web access.
