Centralized view on client's or partner's activities

It does not matter, whether the user's focus is cusomer, partner, person or small/large organization. Atollon Workshop provides view on all activities that have some connection to these accounts. Thanks to the connection to projects, the Account folder gains another level, in which it is possible to view the Account history.

Closely connected to Atollon Lagoon

Any module of Atollon Lagoon can store data directly into the Account folder.

The Account folder concentrates all activities (e-mails, letters, internal notices, sms messages, etc.) into one single location. It is possible to send-out e-mail directly from the Account folder, which is immediately accessible to colleagues in the organization. E-mails are marked by reference ID, using which our customer / partner can communicate. His/her reply is automatically accessible in the connection with the former subject of correspondence.

Contractual relationships administration

The Account folder can hold overview of contracts that have been closed with the partner. The contracts have influence on financial relationships with the partner and allow to store all activities, from tracking orders, repeatable or one-time payments, till the invoicing to customer. The contracts can be charged by the cost of stock items, work reports and expense reports, etc. Using free contract attributes settings it is possible to track individual contractual conditions, and those put into the contract drafts. It is possible to track contractual conditions as well as deadlines.
