Speed and Convenience
When the system covers the required functions and performs as it should, this is not enough to conclude that the system is ‘good’. It must also be intuitive, easy and fast.
Innovative sidebar showing upcoming appointments and tasks
In addition to the original functionality in the form of just displaying the number of new messages, the possibility of directly opening communication and the possibility of measuring the duration of the task, the system now also displays a list of your upcoming appointments and tasks. They are divided into" today"," tomorrow" and "others". Let us say after a deadline, the end of today's date and upcoming tasks. Events and tasks are possible to open and you can edit them from the sidebar.
TIP: Choose one of the tasks you want to achieve in the near future and drag it to the "stopwatch". See how long it takes you to complete the challenge.
Working with messages, attachments and documents
When your communication contains a large number of messages, sorting them by date is not enough for a quick message finding. For easier search we added the possibility to filter messages by various criteria such as sender, subject, unread etc.
The scroll arrow appears in front of the message that contains an attachment. We also added the navigation menu to work with documents. Now it is possible to not only load, erase and send documents from one place but also to load a new version and view all versions of the document.
TIP: Do you need to return to the form of an older document? Find the target document in Atollon and click on the navigation arrow, select display versions and then you may open or save selected versions.
Editing items
Items that are used across multiple modules from business cases through price calculations, creating budgets to invoicing, all of these have also been extended. In addition to an easy view you can add, edit and erase items in the web interface so you do not have to adjust the items by opening Win client.
