Sales Opportunities
Atollon Shark enables Sales professionals to track sales opportunities from identification of Lead to realization of the Business Case. Sales Opportunities are integral part of Atollon, therefore it is possible to track all activities, incl. communication, tasks, documents, etc in connection to the Sales Opportunity.

Sales Opportunities provide Sales Managers indication of anticipated sales status of the organization. Sales Opportunities allow to track both short Business Transactions and long term (project-based) Sales on the same quality level.

Sales Opportunity may be converted easily to Business Case & it's individual phases may be tracked in detail to achieve high accuracy & consistency of the whole process
Items
Items in Atollon Shark help to identify goods or services. It is possible to define them according to individual types, categorize them, enhance with custom fields, bind them to other items in tree structure, etc.
Mass Mail
The feature for selecting recipients to mass mail is fully integrated within our Atollon solution. It is enough to either double-click on any contacts group that you collected or send mass mail to recipients selected from report results. Reporting, in general, allows you select various system contacts, incl. project external / internal people, any combination of contacts (and accounts) in the database, prepared long-term campaigns, etc.

Mass mail utilizes message templates and allow you send mail in multiple languages. Atollon Mass Mail takes care that you do not send one message twice to the same recipient.
