Within few clicks will Atollon prepare new e-mail based on template and attachment in PDF format. In connection to Billing module, you may handle invoicing even when more people in your company collect invoicing details. You can track billing of time, expenses, recurring revenues, orders, advanced time sheets, one-off invoicing, etc.

Billing
Billing is used to collect various billing details, as a source data for your invoicing and for building your projects budget at the same time. Atollon Billing allows you to shorten your billing cycle and therefore improve your company cash flow. You can trigger your billing procedure at any given time and decide on whether you want to do your billing monthly or even daily.
Various billing details contain one-off Billing Item, billing based on approved Estimate, automatically generated recurring billing Items or you can create billing items from approved Time Sheet. Your billing can be approved before the actual Invoice is generated.

Work Price Lists
Flexible system for work price valuation allows your company automate your contractual conditions fulfillment process. Pricing takes in consideration each individual project conditions or conditions agreed with each individual client. Your prices may be set according to Work Contract Type (on your employee's side) or Type of Work executed.
You can select various types of billing. Besides typical charging per hour, you may charge per shift, weekly, monthly, per budget, etc. Access rights settings for Work Price Lists allow you to hide corresponding figures from Time Sheet entry, if desired.

Work Contracts
Work Contracts allow you to set estimated or punctual salary rate for your workers. Typically you may set hourly rate in order to enable project profitability tracking. On top of your worker's hourly rate, you may add estimated cost coefficient that will add any estimated additional fixed costs, such as office space, communication costs, etc. This helps your company effectively compare profitability of any projects that your workers spent your time with. If desired, you can even use Work Contracts functionality to print draft contracts for your employees, which is useful specifically once you hire temporary employees.
Recurring Billing
Billing Items can be generated automatically. There are two ways to do it. First option is a bit more simple. You can prepare recurring billing items, which are templates for your project billing items. Items are automatically added to project, based on the template set-up.
Another option (requiring set-up) is to create model item to your client's Item settings that is copied automatically by Workflow module at the predefined recurring interval. Both features are used, once you bill some of your work regularly (for example every month). Option utilizing Workflow module allows very customizable way of billing.

Received Invoices
Tracking your received invoices is used specially to get information about your project costs and your payables. You can also attach original invoice as scanned document into the invoice and utilize possibility to approve incoming invoices. Each individual invoice transaction may be assigned to different project to track your project direct external costs accurately.
Profitability Reporting
As a result of your finance tracking effort, you may get your project profitability reports directly from Atollon. Projects profitability report helps you gather instantly data from various sources, incl. budgets, issued invoices, sales orders, received invoices, time sheets or purchase order to get clear picture about your project profits and where it can be improved.
