New generation user interface
We have developed an entirely new environment in addition to the existing solution, built on a Web 2.0 platform that offers many new features which can improve the efficiency of the consultants' work. The application is available from the web browser, which automatically services the new updates being offered. The access is faster, without, however, taking anything away from the comfort of an ordinary desktop application.
Sophisticated user workflow
In developing the new user interface we have given serious thought to ways for making the everyday work of application users more convenient. We have relied on our many years of experience as well as on feedback provided by our customers in creating a design of the new solution. The users can now receive information much more quickly; they can work with more applicants and projects at the same time, and they don't need to open too many windows to get the overall summary etc. We do not rest on our laurels. That is why we keep communicating regarding the implementation of new generation applications to our customers.
New working method for searching for job applicants
It is now possible to enter the search criteria for job applicants merely by dragging the mouse, to open the results in separate windows, to work with each window independently and to save the query searching task for later use.
New method for registering interest in a position
It is now possible to save the selected applicants for a particular project (position / selection procedure / vacancy) by dragging the mouse from the results of search or directly from the contacts database. In this way you register the applicant's interest in a position by one movement of your hand and you can continue the selection procedure workflow, offering the position to an applicant, the applicant to the employer, etc. The selection procedure can be approached from all angles, such as from the project angle, from the client's card as well as from the applicant's point of view.
Automated registration of applicants from web
We have established several interconnections between the Atollon Fisherman system and our clients' web pages during the past months. These allow the display of vacancies in the web portals and also permit the registration of job applicants. The interconnection has been facilitated by work on preparation of a Web Service interface, lasting about one year, for (not only) the integration of carrier portals.
